We prefer PayPal, but we accept all major credit cards via Paypal (you need not have a Paypal account to use all major credit cards), money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. If you pay with personal check, we ship items after the check clears. Mailed payments are expected within 7 days, so please be sure to mail promptly!

Yes! I am happy to work with you on design & style, color, size, price range. Just email me with your request, and give me an idea of what you're looking for. Once I know what materials are required, and time to design & create, I'll quote you a price. Yes, it will be more. Once we've agreed on design & price, I will expect payment in advance. Time of delivery will depend on whether I have the necessary materials on hand, or will have to order additional supplies to complete your order. I will then design the item(s), photo and email pics for your approval before shipping, so that any necessary changes or additions can be made at that time.

Returns are accepted only with the following conditions: 1. Returns must be approved within 3 days of receipt of item(s), so buyer must contact me within that time period with reason for request and for approval; [email protected] 2. Return shipping must include Delivery Confirmation, cost for which is buyer's responsibility. 3. Returned item(s) must be received in the same condition & packaging as when sent, or no store credit will be given. 4. No Refunds will be issued for returned items, however I do offer replacement with a similarly priced item, or a store credit towards a future purchase, within a specified time limit. 5. If approved, buyer also pays S/H costs on replacement items, which must include Delivery Confirmation & Tracking.
